Eling is a Manchester-based coffee educator, SCA Authorised Trainer, Q Grader and Q Instructor.

Eling teaches across all SCA modules and delivers Q Grader training. Her work supports both coffee professionals and anyone who loves coffee, especially learners from diverse backgrounds seeking confidence and deeper understanding.

She is passionate about making sensory science clear, practical, and welcoming. Her workshops connect coffee with culture, history, and shared responsibility.

She believes excellence in coffee reaches far beyond flavour. It connects people across cultures and reminds us that every cup is part of a wider global story.

Kieron has been providing wholesale customers with top quality training and support since 2016.

A certified SCA Trainer and UKBC semi-finalist, he delivers the SCA Barista Skills modules and is a fountain of knowledge on all things coffee.

He delights in enabling anyone - from home baristas to seasoned professionals - to track and train their progress and skills.
